Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team. The role will focus on researching, identifying, and reaching out to potential clients, with the goal of expanding our customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or those early in their career looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
- Use online tools and databases to gather information about prospects.
- Reach out to leads via email, social media, and other digital channels to introduce our services.
- Qualify leads to determine if they are a good fit for Lume Digital’s products or services.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up with prospects to nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement.
- Assist in preparing reports on lead generation and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or currently pursuing).
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of lead generation tools (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
